I've no fight left in me, tonight I'm letting you win. My eyes have never left those pills, I want to get out of my skin. I need to get out of all these razors; they peel and poke and prod. You just hide your habits from me, while we discover that there is no God. Today there is no God. I threw him away with hope for tomorrow. Now I no longer pray, and my parents will carry on. I've been working on these four songs for almost a year; since the end of January 2015. From August 2014-May 2015 I was living in another country and going to school there. Away from my friends and family I was having a very hard time keeping up with my school work while trying to take care of my physical and mental well-being. I wanted this EP to reflect that, but then my brother passed away in February of this year, and I felt that this EP more accurately will reflect that time period, along with him as a person. This EP was named after my grandfather because surely my brother would have appreciated that.
